Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of the date you received your order.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met.
The product must include all original elements and accessories, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.
The product must show no signs of damage caused by incorrect or negligent use.
Products for personal or intimate use must be returned completely clean and in appropriate hygienic condition.
The return will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving it, and will only be officially accepted once all the conditions above have been met.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is suspicion that the product was used or damaged due to the customer's fault.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the criteria above, please follow the steps below.
Send an email to support@karoocapetown.com.
In the email, please include the following information: order number, reason for the return, a photograph of the product if it is damaged or defective, your full name, and your full address.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the correct return address.
Important: please do not send the return before receiving confirmation from our team.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Under current legislation, the consumer has the right to cancel their order under the terms described below.
The cancellation period is 14 days, starting from the day you receive your order.
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation before dispatch may not always be possible. If your order has already been shipped, please wait to receive it and then follow our return process above.
To exercise your right of cancellation, send an unambiguous statement by email to support@karoocapetown.com.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments made, except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard free shipping.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of us receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
